About the Internship:
Day-to-day responsibilities of the intern include:
1. Conducting face-to-face interviews on a daily basis
2. Initiating regular calling on the database, generating references from the same
3. Sourcing and screening resumes from job portals based on client's requirements
4. Following up with the candidates for the selection & joining process
5. Conducting telephonic and walk-in interviews
6. Maintaining the database on Excel for all the candidates & clients
7. Taking responsibility for end-to-end recruitment
Requirements:
1. Graduates/Post Graduates with HR Specialisation can only apply.
Additional information:
Note: We work 6 days a week - Monday to Saturday (10 am to 7 pm); Sunday will be fixed off. (work-from-office only)
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 6th Apr'23 and 11th May'23
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
Stipend:
INR 15,000 /month
