We are a cloud-based software that is hosted on Amazon Web Services. We are present in more than 30 cities and have more than 80,000 users.About the Internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Formulating job descriptions and posting the relevant profile and processing it for successful hiring.2. Sourcing profiles through job portals and working on them effectively.3. Scanning resumes, shortlisting potential candidates & setting up the first round of interviews.4. Managing the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.5. Assisting in the orientation and training of new recruits.6. Conducting employee performance review.7. Maintaining employee records.8. Handling joining and exit formalities of employee.
