About Company:
En-Kash has two-pronged strategies to meet its vision, one part focuses on the mass market of SMEs, which is critical to the Indian success story and the other part focuses on bringing more meaningful and impactful training solutions to the top companies in India. Our model of working with professional training partners, with a low-cost model, intends to bring down the training cost and make it affordable to each and every company and individual. We have decided to cut costs on things like advertising, swanky office premises, luxury stay, hi-end travel, etc. But at the same time, we would never cut cost on trainer quality, use of latest methodologies & meeting commitments to our customers. In short, we would cut costs on the items, which intend to provide luxury and comfort to us and not add value to the customer, but not cutting costs on items, which provide the best of services and solutions to our customers.
About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle recruitment coordination with clients and candidates
2. Engage in documentation & verification work
3. Assist in scheduling interviews and calling
4. Provide updated and timely reports
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 23rd Mar'23 and 27th Apr'23
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
