Key Responsibilities
• Talent Acquisition (70%)

Source and shortlist candidates for internships and entry-level roles

Conduct initial screening calls and candidate interactions

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates

Maintain hiring trackers and ensure timely follow-ups

Support offer communication and joining coordination

Help create a positive and warm candidate experience
• People Operations (30%)

Support onboarding of new team members (documentation & induction)

Maintain basic HR records and trackers

Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication

Support day-to-day HR coordination
