Job Description
As a Human Resources Executive at Keys On Rent, you will play a crucial role in the success of our organization by managing various HR functions and supporting the growth of our team. Your proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-Word, and MS-Office, as well as strong English proficiency (both spoken and written) will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities
• Recruitment and onboarding process for new hires, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
• Implementing and managing employee benefit programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and support to employees.
• Manage employee relations issues and resolve conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Generate reports and analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
