Role Description

We are seeking a full-time on-site Human Resources Executive for our dynamic team at Digital Vigyapan. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, and implementing HR policies. This role involves overseeing various HR activities, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. The ideal candidate should be savvy with management software and have experience working in an advertising agency environment.

Qualifications

Experience in HR management, HR operations, and employee relations
Knowledge of HR policies and regulations
Strong understanding of human resources processes and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Professional certification in Human Resources (HR) is a plus
