Company Description We suggest you enter the details here. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of human resource functions including recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations, compensation, benefits and HRIS administration. The Human Resources Executive will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations and developing HR policies and procedures to ensure effective management of human resources. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or related fields At least 5 years of experience in HR management or related field Excellent knowledge of labor laws and regulations Experience in recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits and HRIS administration Demonstrated problem-solving, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to multitask, work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities and challenges in a fast-paced environment HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus Experience in a remote work setting is a plus
