Human Resources Executive

We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter who has a passion for finding top talent and developing HR policies that align with our values and culture. As the HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring top talent to help us achieve our business goals.

Responsibilities:-

• Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates

• Conduct interviews and assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes

• Develop creative recruitment campaigns to target highly skilled professionals

• Build relationships with universities, colleges, job boards, social media platforms to attract potential candidates

• Work with hiring managers to create job descriptions and post job openings.

• Develop and maintain HR policies such as employee leave policy, Employee Code Of Conduct, Anti-harassment Policy

Qualifications:-

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

• 2-4 years’ experience in an HR Recruiting role.

• Familiarity with full-cycle recruitment processes

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to develop HR policies independently,

• Understanding of employment laws and regulations.

• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment
