Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to ensure they are current and in line with best practices.
• Manage and administer employee benefits programs including healthcare, insurance, and retirement plans.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
• Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in terms of talent acquisition and retention.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree in HR or an HR-related certification will be a plus.
• Proven experience in HR or similar role, preferably in the IT or technology industry.
• In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
