Hiring Recruiters for Venus HR Consultancy, Ahmedabad
Location: New Ranip, Ahmedabad
- Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment
- Good English communication skills
- Preferably having Laptop
Job Description:
• Reviewing resumes and applications
• Assist candidates by replying to them on calls, emails, WhatsApp or general messages
• Schedule interviews with the candidates and managers
• Maintain records of the candidates with feedback in Excel sheet
• Conducting interviews of the candidates and sharing feedback
• Administer the end to end recruitment process (creating a Job description, posting in various platforms, sourcing, screening, interviewing)
• Provide onboarding support to the candidates
