Human Resources and operations Internship Hybrid

As a Human Resources and Operations intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the creative field of advertising and brand films. This is a core team role so would love to connect with people who think they can manage a team of 10+ people.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews + with 2 clients
• ⁠ ⁠Invoicing and management of assets and information of the director and founder
• Help with HR administration tasks, such as maintaining employee records and updating HR systems
• Support the operations team with day-to-day tasks, including inventory management and vendor communication
• Assist with process improvement projects to streamline operations and enhance efficiency

Bonus points for being a social media scrolling expert.

Huge preference for people who are organized and systematic about their lives (and preferably great at the notion and Google Drive.
