Roles and Responsibilities
• Source and recruit candidates for various job openings within the organization
• Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Manage the entire recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
• Conduct reference checks and background verification of selected candidates
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain a database of qualified candidates and update recruitment records
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
