Job Description
We are a leading consultancy firm specializing in BPO recruitment, and we are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with our BPO clients.
Position: HR Recruiter for BPO Hiring in Consultancy
Location: D-331, Clover Center, Moledina Rd, Camp, Pune, Maharashtra 411001
Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR Recruitment for the BPO industry
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and attract candidates for various BPO positions, including customer service representatives, team leaders, and managers
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate's qualifications and suitability for the position
• Coordinate interviews between the clients and candidates, providing all necessary details and feedback to both parties
• Build and maintain a pool of potential candidates for current and future requirements
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of clients' hiring needs
• Build relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and requirements
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as legal requirements related to recruitment and hiring
• Participate in recruitment-related events, such as job fairs and career expos, to promote the company's services and attract potential candidates
• Generate and maintain reports related to recruitment activities and key performance indicators
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience as an HR recruiter in a consultancy or BPO environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and candidates
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software, such as job boards, social media, and applicant tracking systems
• Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring
• Willingness to work on a flexible schedule including weekends, if required
