Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Greenfield Control System Pvt. Ltd. Gandhinagar

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month (based on candidate's experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in both English and Hindi, demonstrate proficiency in MS Office, and exhibit ethical behavior in all professional activities. The HR Executive will be responsible for implementing HR policies and ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in the recruitment process and manage the onboarding of new employees.

· Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and foster a positive work environment.

· Support performance appraisal processes and provide guidance on performance-related issues.

· Ensure policy adherence and maintain employee records and HR documentation.

· Manage HR-related administrative tasks and coordinate with other departments for HR initiatives.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

· MBA or B.Com degree with a minimum 2 years of experience.

Skills & Competencies:

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

· Strong ethical standards and integrity.

· Ability to implement and enforce HR policies effectively.

· Organizational and multitasking abilities.
