We are looking for a for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Manager to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in IT recruitment along with HR Operations, Policy Development, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Compliance, and Employee Relations within a SaaS product-based or IT company environment.
The candidate will play a key role in strengthening company culture while ensuring smooth HR processes and compliance management.
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 2–3 Years
Industry Preference: SaaS Product Company / IT Company
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other hiring channels
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and offer rollouts
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new joiners
HR Operations
• Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle management
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation
• Ensure smooth implementation of HR processes and systems
HR Policies & Process Development
• Develop, update, and implement HR policies and SOPs
• Ensure HR policies align with company culture and business goals
• Drive process improvement initiatives for better employee experience
Employee Relations & Engagement
• Build healthy employee relations and address employee concerns professionally
• Plan and execute engagement activities, celebrations, and team-building initiatives
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
Payroll & Compliance
• Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement
• Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and labor law compliance
• Maintain compliance records and support audits when required
Performance Management & HR Support
• Assist in performance review processes and employee feedback systems
• Support managers in handling employee performance and retention strategies
• Prepare HR reports and MIS as required
Requirements
• 2–3 years of HR experience in a SaaS product company or IT company
• Must have hands-on IT recruitment experience
• Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management
• Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with HRMS tools like Keka or similar platforms is preferred
• MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification preferred
