3) Implement project management tool-cum-crm like, Trello, Zoho etc. to enable online workflow

4) Manage the tool’s dashboard, track insights, ready reports, documents, charts to view daily progress
5) Raise alerts on project delays and individual issues beforehand to resolve problems early
6) Organise daily evening review + planning meeting to identify red alerts and enable quick resolution
7) Respond at website chatbot, company email and social handles to enhance organisation ORM score
8) Create and nurture talent community to fulfil any upcoming hiring requirements
+) Create and nurture professional experts’ community to enable team bonding and training sessions
AS AND WHEN
10) Ready and enable individual OKR’s to help them perform better and achieve milestones consistently
11) Write job descriptions, job posts, conduct interviews, identify shortlists to speed up final rounds
12) Conduct joining formalities, employee KYC, attendance records, leave records, performance review records to drive data driven decision making
