About us:
The Good Glamm Group is South Asia’s largest Content to Commerce group . We are on a mission to build the largest digital FMCG Conglomerate of the future. We became India’s first beauty commerce startup to turn a unicorn after raising $150 million in a Series D funding round led by Prosus Ventures (Naspers) and Warburg Pincusin November 2021. The other investors also include L’Occitane, Bessemer Venture Partners, Amazon, Ascent Capital and the Mankekar Family Office.
About The Role:
The ideal candidate for this role should have good understanding of business function, excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and good organizational skills. Business HR Partner should be able to analyze the pulse of the people and contribute in attaining business goals and best practices in an organization
Responsibilities
- Assist the business in meeting their strategic goals through the deployment of proactive people strategies and services.
- Provide guidance to managers and leaders pertaining to performance management, Talent Retention and Strategic HR Projects.
- Drive the organizational culture and partner with businesses that help reduce turnover, develop people, and maintain the organization as an employer of choice
- Able to strategies and implement best people practices which improves the health and performance of organization
- Able to analyze pulse surveys and one-one sessions and take initiatives accordingly
- Customize, adapt and deploy organizational people best practices
- Drive to resolution and deliver on generalist HR issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders of all levels
- Work in a role where no two days are the same
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
Required Technical And Professional Expertise :
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related field with 3-8 years of experience, preferably in a corporate HR role.
- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in driving large HR transformation initiatives would be preferred.
- Experience of working with global team
