Job Description
Department: Human Resources
Key Responsibilities
• Take training sessions for employees from different departments
• Create and update training materials like presentations and modules.
• Design and develop training modules tailored to department-specific needs
• Plan and schedule training programs properly, including managing and maintaining the training calendar
• Deliver training sessions to groups of 20–30 employees across various levels and departments
• Track employee attendance, participation, and progress during training
• Work with HR and team leaders to understand training needs
• Keep records of training, attendance, and reports updated
• Check if the training is effective and make improvements
• Answer employee questions during training and guide them
Required Skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Training delivery and facilitation ability — comfortable handling batches of 20–30 participants
• Training content creation & development, including end-to-end training module design
• Planning, organizing, and managing training calendars and schedules
• Analytical thinking and employee development mindset
• Documentation and reporting discipline
Qualifications
• B.Com / Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Management, Education, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in Training / L&D / Employee Development
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial training preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
