Job Title: HR Executive + Talent Acquisition Executive

Location: Hyderabad — Nanakramguda, Financial District.
Joining: Immediate Joiners Only
Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years in an IT Consulting / IT Services Firm preferred.
Qualification: Bachelor’s (relevant discipline) mandatory MBA (HR) preferred
Candidate Requirements: Well-groomed, Good English communication.
Key Responsibilities (Brief):
• IT Recruitment (End-to-End): sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview scheduling, follow-ups, offer & joining coordination.
• Use Indeed / Naukri / LinkedIn, referrals, and databases for pipeline building.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate database hygiene, and daily hiring updates.
• HR Operations: onboarding, documentation, attendance coordination, employee records & HR trackers.
• Support HR communication, basic HR policies, and day-to-day employee coordination.
• Coordinate closely with management to improve hiring and HR processes.
• Salary (CTC): ₹3.6 LPA – ₹4.2 LPA.
