Senior Consultant - SAP SuccessFactors Implementation
We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our team and lead the implementation of scalable HR solutions for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on Employee Central and at least two additional modules.
The consultant will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementations, gathering and analyzing client requirements, configuring and customizing SuccessFactors modules, and conducting workshops and solution demos.
• Gather and analyze client requirements to design tailored HR solutions.
• Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules to reflect business rules and organizational structures.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of HR processes and global compliance requirements, and experience in multi-country deployments.
