We have a unique opportunity for an experienced People Services Team Leader to cover Maternity Leave, reporting into the Global Head of People Services, the role is dedicated to delivering a first-rate support and administrative service to our employees.

People Services is focused on delivering support for a variety of HR activities, with an emphasis on core people processes related to attraction, development and retention of employees, complex query resolution and policy advice.

How will your ideas shape the future of this team?

Our key responsibility is to provide a high level of support to our business for a range of key employee lifecycle processes, including the processing of complex requests which require analysis, investigation, critical thinking and collaboration with colleagues and 3rd parties.

The role has accountability for the performance and continuous improvement of the People Services team. A key part of the role is to ensure self-service and business engagement is encouraged and supported to ensure Workday, Service Now and the GBS Service Centres are fully utilised, and we are consistently delivering a quality service.


About you

This really is a great opportunity for an innovative, customer centric, people focused leader with;

At least 5 years previous HR Shared Services experience ideally within a fast paced, result driven shared services environment
A people manager with excellent administrative, organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously whilst paying attention to detail to ensure high accuracy levels
Advanced knowledge of local employment legislation and HR policy
Knowledge and experience in end-to-end employment life cycle processes
Previous payroll project experience would be ideal.
In depth knowledge and hands on experience of HRIS and case management systems, Workday and Service Now experience an advantage.
