What would you do? Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Process and strategy of providing and managing human resources services and information to employees within an organization. This encompasses various aspects, including employee support, benefits administration, onboarding, payroll, and other HR related functions

What are we looking for?

Serve as the primary responder for employee queries and requests related to Workday hire to retire transactions (hires, terminations, data changes, etc.).
Process high-volume, Hire to Retire HR transactions in Workday with accuracy and within defined SLAs.
Conduct regular data audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic Workday issues, escalating complex cases as needed.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to deliver seamless HR services.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and data privacy requirements.
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for greater efficiency.
Maintain clear documentation of processes and resolutions.
Support rotational shifts, including US hours, as required.
Assist in data validation, reporting, and system audits.
Document processes and maintain accurate records for compliance.
Work closely with senior analysts to learn and contribute to strategic projects.
Excellent communication skills—able to build trust and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.
Eagerness to learn new systems and adapt to evolving processes.
A team player is mindset with a sense of urgency and ownership. Consistently produces work of exceptional quality, with meticulous attention to process and outcomes. Roles and Responsibilities:
In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems
Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture
You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management
You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments
Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others
In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team
