Position Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruitment Intern with knowledge of the IT field, specifically in application design and development. This is an unpaid internship that offers valuable hands-on experience in HR recruitment. The ideal candidate will assist in posting job roles, conducting interviews, and making cold calls to prospective students.

Responsibilities:
• Post job roles on various platforms.
• Conduct interviews with potential candidates.
• Make cold calls to prospective students.
• Assist in the overall recruitment process.
• Collaborate with the development and design teams to understand the specific requirements for each role.

Requirements:
• Knowledge of the IT field, particularly in application design and development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program (preferred).
