Job Description
Urgent recruirment for HR Recruiter - Fresher at Thane Wagle estate (Shree Nagar).
Interview going on 3rd May 2026 between 12.00PM to 02.00PM.
Education: Any
Experience: Fresher OR 6 month an above
Note: Good English speaking.
Roles And Responsibilities
• Understanding the requirements.
• Sourcing the Quality and suitable candidates from the target companies with the help of resources provided.
• Sourcing the candidates through job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn also through reference and network.
• Searching resumes through internal databases, references, and external entities like Boolean searches. Mass Mailing through Job posting, LinkedIn Searches.
• Coordinating candidates for interview
• Scheduling and tracking the short-listing candidates for the interview.
• Responsible for tracking the offered candidates until joins the organization.
• Maintaining the trackers reports of the candidates.
• Communication to candidates to find out their suitability as per requirement and to know their interest.
• Follow up on short listing, interview schedules, Selection, Negotiations till On-board.
• Reporting to manager.
