We are looking to employ an IT technical HR recruiter with the ability to develop recruitment strategies to meet the objectives of the organization.

Minimum 1 Years Maximum 3 Years of Experience only in IT Recruitment

Industry: Knowledge of IT Technologies / IT Recruiting

Salary: Negotiable (Best in the Industry)
• Sourcing candidates through Job portals, social platforms and other relevant resources
• End To End good knowledge in the recruitment cycle
• Posting the job requirements on different portals
• Coordinating with the management on Profile feedback.
• Following up with the candidate till joining.
• Maintaining Database and reporting to management.
• He is responsible for designing and implementing recruitment plans for the organization.
• They should confer with management to assess, and identify staffing needs.
• Desired candidate profiles
• Interviewing candidates.
• Preparing job offers.
• Good communication skills.
• MBA Degree not mandatory
• The HR recruiter will execute recruitment plans and source the most suitable candidates to fill positions.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
• Day shift
• Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:
• Performance bonus
