Timing: 10AM to 7PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing.
- Specialize in recruiting for various positions, understanding the unique requirements and skills needed for success
- Utilize various recruitment channels (e.g., job boards, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms) to source and engage high-potential candidates.
- Conduct phone screenings, interviews, and assessment tests as needed, ensuring that only the most qualified candidates proceed through the hiring process.
- Prepare and extend offer letters, manage negotiations, and ensure smooth communication between the candidate and internal stakeholders throughout the offer stage.
- Help maintain and build the company’s employer brand to attract top talent, ensuring the organization is perceived as an employer of choice.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in human resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in NON-tech Recruitment
- Deep understanding of recruitment challenges and strategies for success.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
- Strong sourcing and candidate pipeline development skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Data-driven approach to recruiting and process optimization.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- A team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Strong people skills with a passion for creating a positive candidate experience.
