HR Operations Partner

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Global HR Coordinator. This position falls under our Cross-Border line of business and will be located in Toronto, Canada. In the role, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of HR services across international markets. Reporting directly to the HR Director, People Operations, you will provide operational and administrative support to HR Business Partners and the HR Director, ensuring the efficient execution of HR processes, accurate data management, and timely response to employee queries across multiple geographies.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and enjoys working across jurisdictions, cultures, and time zones.

• Maintaining and managing employee data across HR systems, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Supporting onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle transactions across cross-border populations
