Job Description
I hope you're doing well! I'm currently working on an exciting opportunity with a fast-growing, VC‑backed AI startup based in Saket, and we're looking for a talented HR Operations and Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team.
This role is a part‑time, 8‑month contract position based in Saket, with three days per week in the office.
Role & responsibilities
• Attendance & Leave Management on Zoho
• Payroll management
• Promotion management (including generating letters on Zoho)
• End-to-end probation management
• A few steps related to the performance and compensation review planned for Q4 this year
• Off-boarding (End-to-end)
• A few additional minor tasks, if required
