What You’ll Do:
• Drive talent acquisition and recruitment strategies to build a high-performing team.
• Develop and implement training programs that empower employees with essential skills.
• Streamline onboarding processes to create an engaging start for new hires.
• Optimize workforce planning and retention strategies for long-term growth.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
• Cultivate a positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives.

What You Bring:
• MBA/PGDM in HR, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• 7+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years in recruitment and training.
• Expertise in HR software and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in plastics or masterbatch.
