Experience: 15+ Years (Majority in Training & Development Leadership)
Salary: Upto 12 Lakhs (based on experience)

Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior HR Manager – Training & Development who will exclusively own the organisation-wide Learning & Development function for:
- Language Trainers (Multiple Language Verticals )
- Sales, Operations, Digital Marketing, HR, Accounts, Legal and Support teams

This is a strategic leadership role, responsible for building a structured, measurable, and scalable T&D; framework aligned with organisational growth, revenue goals, and performance standards.
The role requires deep expertise in instructional design, capability mapping, leadership development, and performance-linked training interventions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic L&D; Planning
- Design and implement the annual Training & Development roadmap.
- Align training strategy with business growth plans and departmental KPIs.
- Create capability frameworks for trainers and non-trainer roles.
- Partner with leadership to forecast future skill requirements.

2. Trainer Development Framework
- Build structured Train-the-Trainer programs.
- Standardise teaching quality benchmarks across languages.
- Develop pedagogy enhancement modules.
- Introduce certification pathways and skill grading systems.
- Monitor and improve trainer effectiveness
