Roles and Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities : End to end responsibility of company hiring and recruitment goals. Candidate lifecycle planning and execution Recruitment of non-IT and IT related candidates for the openings Working with external recruitment consultancy agencies for recruitment Design and execute talent acquisition strategy, right structure aligned with business goals.
Sourcing and screening profiles as per requirement by using databases, job portals, social media, etc. Support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company
Desired Candidate Profile
HR strategies and objectives. Create an enriching work culture and work towards sustaining it. Lead new initiatives for employee engagement and satisfaction.
Work like a bridge between the management and employees. Address and resolve employee issues and grievances with utmost priority.
