Hiring: HR Manager – South Indian Restaurant

Location: Delhi

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team for a South Indian restaurant in Delhi.

Requirements :

Minimum 5+ years of HR experience in a South Indian restaurant.
Candidates should be originally from South India and currently based in Delhi.
Fluency in any one South Indian language such as Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada is required. Hindi, English preferred.
Strong experience in restaurant recruitment and workforce management.
Good communication and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and hire experienced South Indian chefs and cooks.
Hire and manage restaurant staff, including waiters, cleaners, kitchen helpers, cashiers, and other restaurant staff.
Handle employee onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and day-to-day HR operations.
Ensure timely staffing and maintain a positive work environment.
Coordinate with restaurant management to fulfill manpower requirements.
