HR MANAGER GENERALIST

• Act as a point of contact for employees and provide support for various subjects such as leaves, compensations, and resolve problems.
• Oversee talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Conduct training and onboarding for new employees.
• Promote HR programs to ensure a happy and healthy work environment.
• Develop interesting HR programs and keep employees engaged.
• Develop and implement new human resource policies.
• Collect and assess HR data for performance management and other tasks using metrics.
• Maintain a database of all the employee’s information and ensure they are up to date and secure.
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
• Recruitment, Attendance, Leave, Payroll processing and Management
• Induction, Joining and personal file maintenance
• PF/ESI Management
• Manage exit of employees.
• Fulfil employees document requirements
• Other tasks as assigned by top management.
• Admin related works and activities.
• Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.
• Process TA & DA reports and handle reimbursements.

Travelling to different locations for official work as required by management
