2. End to End Recruitment (JD, Screening, Sourcing, Interviews schedule, Verifying documents, salary negotiation, etc)
3. Joining, Induction and Exit formalities
4. Employee Engagement activities
5. Employee documentation and filling.
6. Drafting HR policies and updating it regularly as per law & company order.
7. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
8. Nurture a positive working environment.
