Position:HR Intern
Location: Clover Metropole Office 202, 2nd Floor NiBM, Mohammad Wadi Rd, Kondhwa, Pune, Maharashtra 411048
Salary:10,000
Job Description:
As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of human resources. You will work closely with our HR team to support various HR functions and initiatives. This internship will provide you with exposure to a wide range of HR activities and help you develop foundational skills in HR management.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews.
Employee Onboarding: Help organize and facilitate new employee orientation programs and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Employee Records: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, both physical and digital.HR Administration:Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing data entry, and document preparation.
Employee Relations: Assist in addressing employee inquiries and concerns, as well as participating in employee engagement activities.
Benefits Administration: Support benefits enrollment processes and assist employees with benefit-related questions.
Compliance:Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, as well as relevant employment laws and regulations.
Special Projects: Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs or HR software implementations.
Qualifications:
· Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, or recently graduated.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
· Basic knowledge of HR principles is a plus.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
