HR Manager – Hospital Administration
Company: Hiring for an Esteemed Healthcare Client – Shri Shyam Hospital
Location: Kotputli, Rajasthan
Job Type: Full-Time On-Site
Experience: 2–5 Years
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations at a leading hospital in Kotputli. The role requires a professional who can manage recruitment, compliance, employee relations, HR operations, and team management in a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead recruitment for medical, paramedical, nursing, administrative, and support staff.
• Manage onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave management, and exit processes.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, ESI, PF, and the POSH Act.
• Supervise and guide the HR team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace relations.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain HRMS and Excel-based records.
• Support hospital management in implementing HR policies and best practices.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience; hospital or healthcare HR experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of labour laws, statutory compliance, ESI, PF, and POSH regulations.
• Experience managing teams and coordinating with multiple departments.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools.
• Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism and integrity.
Important Note
This role is based in Kotputli, Rajasthan. Candidates should be comfortable working in a smaller-city environment. Compensation will be aligned with market standards
