Urgently Looking out for HR Generalist for reputed company into Diamond Jewellry Manufacturing in Andheri - Seepz , Timings - + AM to 6 PM , 6 days working module, only Sundays off.
Salary Range 30 to 35 K Inr per month. Candidates have to be good in verbal & written communication skills.
Below are Job Responsiblities :
Role in HR Generalist & Recruitment:
Knowledge of Recruitment portals (Naukri / Monster / indeed ) for screening and short listing candidates.
Arranging face to face interviews, discussing compensation completing all formalities from screening to selection
Responsible for complete On boarding Joining Formalities and Induction.
Acquiring Joining Details and collecting the required documents and coordinating with the bank for opening of salary account for new employees
Drive performance appraisal process by evaluating and rating job performance of employees in consultation with Production Manager and Management
Coordination with Management for Performance Appraisal of employees, revision of salary structure and designation.
Preparing various letters viz. Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, Promotion, Increment, Termination, Reliving and Experience certificate.
Organizing recreation activities FUN @ WORK Celebration of Birthday, Festival, Annual Function.
Addressing and attending to the employee grievances on regular basis towards effective resolution.
Consult with Functional head for acceptance of resignation.
Ensure smooth exit formalities and co-ordinate with A/c. Dept. for smooth full and final disbursement, issue experience and relieving letter.
Generating and maintaining database of employees & personal dossiers.
Preparation of MIS Reports related to Joining, Attrition, Monthly, salary Inputs & regular updating of Master Database
Other Miscellaneous HR activities
