LoginRadius is seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and well versed Assistant - HR Generalist to join our HR team in our Jaipur, India office.

Your Role

● Day to day reporting to the Head of HR Generalist/ Operational Management.

● Support in Ops management and HR Management.

● Handling Interviews, screening, and HR related work.

● Assisting to operations head/Head HR for HR activities like onboarding offboarding , new hire orientation, maintaining HRIS, timely review of HR policies maintaining the hard copies of work.

● Responsible for building close coordination between employees and the HR department.

● Handling HR related issues, Tracking employee details both soft copies and hard copies and other paperwork.

● Responsible for all activity to generate new hiring prospects.

● Responsible for working closely with the Talent Acquisition team for hiring & recruitment.

● Work on action plans and activities from time to time for a healthy and good working environment at organization.

● Support to prepare the monthly reports on Hiring, employee data and attritions.

● Support & handle all the things like monthly pay stubs, Employee Benefits etc.

● Take care of employee wellbeing by regular connecting with them and provide 360 feedback to the organization

● Qualification : Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

● Experience : 1- 3 years relevant experience
