Role Description
This is a full-time on-site HR Fresher role located in Jaipur. The position involves handling day-to-day HR tasks, assisting in recruitment processes, onboarding new hires, managing employee records, and supporting HR initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of HR functions and principles
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or relevant field
Proficiency in MS Office suite
