Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle employee data using MS Excel and HRMS.
• Prepare HR reports and MIS.
• Monitor employee attendance and support payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate employee induction and joining formalities.
• Plan and organize employee welfare activities such as medical camps, festival celebrations, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Support regular HR activities, including employee communication and compliance.
Required Skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS.
• Knowledge of Recruitment, Onboarding, PF, ESIC, and Labour Laws.
• Strong data management and documentation skills.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple HR activities efficiently.
Qualification
• Any Graduation, Post Graduation related to Human Resources.
• 0–2 years of experience in HR (Freshers with relevant internship experience may also apply.
