About the Job

We are searching for a Human Resources Executive Onboarding to collaborate with our internal Operations teams in addressing onboarding processes and new hire formalities. This individual will serve as the key point of contact for new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming start to their journey at IntouchCX.

As a Human Resources Executive Onboarding, You Will:
Assist recent hires with completing all required joining formalities.
Validate and verify documentation submitted by new associates.
Initiate provisioning requests for employee access and tools.
Coordinate with the Global Service Desk to create employee network IDs.
Facilitate recent hire orientation sessions and actively engage new employees.
Promote a positive onboarding experience that builds trust and high energy among new team members.

As a Human Resources Executive Onboarding, You Have:
A post-secondary diploma or degree.
A solid team player attitude, with the ability to support recruitment and onboarding functions collaboratively.
High levels of empathy and relationship-building skills.
Good email etiquette and intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills. .
