Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Head hunting candidates using social media and local job portals .
-Manage the recruitment life cycle.
-To ensure that the recruitment and selection procedures/practices meet business needs.
-To ensure all job descriptions are in place and remain current and accurate.
-Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
-Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities.
-Conduct initial orientation for newly-hired employees.
-Other duties in line with business growth and expansion.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
-Minimum 1-year experience in end-to-end recruitment. IT or Non-IT recruiters.
-Hands-on experience with MS Office applications.
-Strong communication skills in English.
Knowledge in foreign languages would be an added advantage.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
-Under graduation is mandatory. PG is an asset.
-Certifications courses on recruitment for diverse geographical regions would be an added advantage.
