Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Candidate to lead and streamline the HR functions of Medpark Pharma, ensuring smooth operations in recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee management, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Pharma Industry, with hands-on experience in managing HR systems.
1. Recruitment & Staffing
Identify manpower requirements for departments such as Sales (MRs), Production, QA, QC, Regulatory, and Admin.
Post job openings and coordinate with consultants/job portals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule final interviews with department heads.
Manage onboarding and induction of new employees.
2. Employee Onboarding & Documentation
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts.
Collect and maintain employee documents and personal records.
Conduct orientation programs about company policies, compliance, and culture.
3. Attendance & Leave Management
Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and field staff reporting.
Maintain attendance records and coordinate with department heads regarding absenteeism or irregularities.
4. Employee Relations
Address employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts.
Ensure proper communication between management and employees.
Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement activities.
5. Performance Management
Coordinate performance appraisal processes.
Track KPIs for employees, especially sales targets for field staff.
Assist management in increment, promotion, and disciplinary decisions.
6. Training & Development
Identify training needs for employees.
Organize training programs for Sales teams, product knowledge, compliance, and soft skills.
Monitor employee development and skill improvement.
7. Compliance & Legal Requirements
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Maintain records related to statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity).
Ensure adherence to pharma regulatory standards and ethical practices.
8. Exit Management
Conduct exit interviews.
Manage full and final settlements.
Analyze attrition and recommend retention strategies.
9. HR Reporting & MIS
Maintain HR databases and employee records.
Prepare HR reports such as attrition rate, headcount, and recruitment status.
Share HR analytics with management for decision-making.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
