Job description Roles and Responsibilities Independently responsible for overall recruitment including preparing job descriptions analyzing job requirements and finalizing candidates Design and implementation of sourcing strategy End to end Recruitment Screen profile from Job portals as per requirement Recruitment as per man power requirement including sourcing shortlisting and first level of screening Complete communication and coordination with candidates external agencies NGO Colleges for interviews including closure mails to candidates Arrange telephonic interview personal interviews Raise Offer Letter Appointment letters Joining Formalities New joining Documentation Salary Accounts and Background verification Generating the monthly reports related with the HR effectiveness indicators like new joining reports recruitment MIS Desired profiles Excellent Communication skills Must have good command over MS Office Word Excel Power point Must have an experience of Job portals Good learner Desired Candidate Profile Desired profile Must have good communication skills Must have good experience of HR Generalist profile Ready to travel within branches
