Job description: A Moving Experience. The Human Resource Coordinator will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization's human resource department. The Shift timing for this role will be US Boston, EST time zone. Please note and apply accordingly. Job Location: Hinjewadi, Phase 1, Pune Duties/Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate HR meetings Prepare PowerPoint presentations for HR team Provides clerical support to the HR department Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions. Assists with planning and execution of special events such as organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events and holiday parties Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence Research and collect information. Follow up with team on deliverables. Manages calendar and appointments for CHRO Enters expense reports for CHRO Performs other duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Education and Experience Associate's degree in related field required.
