Reporting: You will report to the HR and Strategy manager, who will provide broad supervision.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs.
Conduct research for market insights and competitor analysis.
Utilize analytics to optimize processes and performance across the organization.
Support talent programs and employee engagement initiatives.
Contribute to strategic projects and change management.
Craft captivating content across platforms.
Create engaging content for brand amplification.
Analyze metrics for data-driven decision-making.
Provide guidance on HR policies, recruitment, and employee relations.
Support HR projects and stay updated on industry trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR or Business or Analytics, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in HR, business strategy, and analytics.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Understanding of HR principles and employment laws.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
Detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple projects.
