Minimum 2 years’ experience working HOD Management and Board.Preferably done Labour laws, Industry, Insurance, Finance & IT.3 days working from office.Communication above average.Ready to travel to branches for Audit.Employee staying in western line.Having handle minimum 200 employees.Employee having taken a break due to family problem can apply.Have prepared Analytic report for (manpower planning, staff cost review, reengineering of
department etc.)

Handled continuous performance management and have taken for improvement.
Key roles:
Review present process and mapped it against industry standard.Identifying reason for exit and work on process improvement and enhance better induction
for new hires by providing tailor made OTJ training.
Cross functioning departmental functioning and upgrading skill provided (soft skills,
technical skills)
