Job Type - Full-time / Hybrid
Location - Koregaon Park, Pune.
Stipend - 10K - 12K/Month
Job Responsibilities
Assist the HR team with recruitment activities, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Support the onboarding process by preparing documents and coordinating with new hires.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Help coordinate training sessions, meetings, and HR activities.
Assist in posting job openings on various job portals and social platforms.
Support the HR team with employee engagement initiatives and company events.
Provide administrative support to the HR department as required.
Ensure confidentiality of employee information and maintain professional conduct.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment is preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
