1.pay Roll process and statutory compliance of 200 employees
2.IR issue ofplant level to be resolved.
3.Employee indication and complete joining process.
4.plant level recruitment
5.compliance work pf esic mpcb and annual returns of all labour law.
6.Handle inspection of pf esic pt and mlwf authority.
7.Admn work of plant level should be done like uniform, stationery etc.
