Role & Responsibilities:
• End-to-End Plant HR Activities: Oversee and manage the entire spectrum of HR activities within the plant, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.
• Recruitment: Lead recruitment processes, attracting top talent to contribute to our dynamic workforce.
• Payroll Processing: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for employees, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
• Statutory Payments: Manage and execute all statutory payment processes, ensuring adherence to legal obligations.

• Administration: Oversee general administrative functions within the plant, ensuring smooth operations.
